A little data on our accomplishments this year!

We had an incredible year! Thanks to every one that made it happen. We helped more people, had more youth participation, and greatly improved the systems in our shop. We now have an inventory management system for our new product, improved protocol for our donation processing, and more thorough service writing with standard operating procedures.

This all resulted in a better utilization of our resources and helped the organization grow its income while doing so much for our small community of cyclists.

I want to give a special thank you to the staff and volunteers of Second Cycle that made this all happen. Showing up daily in a kind, compassionate, understanding way while being consummate professionals with the highest of standards.

I look forward to another year of service here and I can't wait to see what we do next.
