Bryce Lagerquist
Bike Shop Manager
he/him
Bryce, our Shop Manager, Punk Rock Bike Magician, and resident green thumb! Since starting at 2nd Cycle, Bryce has been the driving force behind the wrench, expertly fixing bikes and promoting awesome shows in the Hilltop neighborhood. He’s the guy who can tune your derailleur, organize a killer local event, and still know when your dog needs a scratch. The whole community—including all the local pets—loves having Bryce around!

Parker Couch
Service Lead
they/them
The mechanical heart of 2nd Cycle, known affectionately as our Resident Wizard. Parker has an unparalleled gift for repair, driven by the philosophy that no bike should be beyond saving. Parker is fueled by the mission of restoring and repairing bikes for the community, giving second lives to countless two-wheeled companions. Off the clock, they are equally dedicated to adventure, enjoying bike packing trips, trail running, and cherished time with their family.

Rashaud Sanders
Service Assistant
he/him
Rashaud started in our Recycle Center, learning the ins and outs of processing donations and the full life cycle of every bike that passes through our doors. As he wraps up his senior year of high school, he is now working weekends in the Bike Shop, gaining valuable experience in the retail and customer service aspects of the center. Rashaud is also our resident powerhouse; we consistently count on his unique physical strength to complement the team, there's simply no bike he can't lift above his head! When not at the shop or hitting the books, Rashaud can be found at the gym, dedicated to building his mind and body.

Josiah Anderson
Shop Mechanic
he/him
Josiah has been involved with Second Cycle for more than half of his life. As a 5th grade student in the early days of the shop, he decided he needed to build a bike and figure out how it all worked, and then never really left the bike shop until he left for college many years later. When he's not busy trying to save every lost-cause bike he possibly can, Josiah is likely either to be playing cello or bass, or in the mountains skiing, climbing, or riding bikes. He is very happy to be back at Second Cycle helping provide accessible, sustainable transportation for everyone.
