Due to the size of our shop we are limited to intaking 8 bikes a day. We do this for safety reasons and to insure a high quality experience. After receiving 8 bikes, We'll no longer intake any more bikes till the next day. If you need to know our current capacity please call ahead first. First come first served. 

2nd Cycle provides essential bicycle sales and repair services to the greater Tacoma and South Sound community. We currently offer the following programs and services to the public:

Bike donations: We accept your used bicycles at our Hilltop location during regular business hours. We also offer a limited donation pick-up service. Email for pick up inquiries.

Retail sales: We offer for sale new and used bikes, as well as new and used parts and accessories. Please understand that supplies may be limited.


Full-service bike shop: We offer professional repair services prioritized to keep people riding, especially when they use their bicycles as a primary means of transportation:

  • Free flat fixes for those in need

  • Free minor adjustments for those in need

  • Other maintenance and service as time and resources permit. Please note that parts and accessories may be in limited supply due to worldwide supply chain challenges.


Covid updates: 

Mask required - All visitors must wear a mask covering over nose and mouth. 

No public restrooms - Please plan to use a restroom before or after your visit.


No open shop or gatherings - Self-serve tool space, open shop, and demonstrations are temporarily suspended.

We can't serve our community to our fullest effect without your help. This project is about all of us working together.
